Collections Coord
Assist with older claims that may need corrected and/or rebilled, and review aged Accounts Receivable for opportunities to keep claims from aging out.
Initiate calls to customers to collect payments and settle accounts.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to Controller or CFO.
Associates degree preferred; requires 4-6 years of experience in the healthcare field.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
