GENERALThe Peer Support Specialist position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, environment helping individuals overcome substance abuse addiction.
It is a multi-functioning team that works interdependently with the other departments in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONSPeer Support Certified by the state of Kentucky, or eligible to become a Peer Support Specialist.
Peer Support Specialist eligibility includes - 1 year or more of continuous sobriety, a substance abuse diagnosis, completed treatment for a substance abuse disorder.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
